Angel SARL is a professional building company, situated east of
Toulouse, offering professional design and build services to
clients in the South West France area. We provide a large range of
building services including property renovations, home interior
design, bespoke British made kitchens and garden design.

We design and build in the areas surrounding Toulouse, Albi and
Castres in the South West of France and will travel further afield
for projects of substance. We use both French and English artisans
and can provide architectural and design drawings and structural
calculations suitable for planning applications if required.
Much of the work we undertake is bespoke and encompasses a broad
spectrum of capabilities, from the design and installation of high
quality British made kitchens and bathrooms to property
renovations and home interior design for properties in South West
France. We pride ourselves on being totally honest in our
reporting at every stage of the building process so our clients
gain a home they are happy with, at the right price and without
undue stress.
Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss any of your design
and building service requirements. We can carry out property
renovations, home interior design, bespoke British made kitchens
and garden design in Toulouse and across the South West of France.

The Core team
- Arlene Munro, Founder
of Highland Angel, and current Design Director, is a first class
honours set design graduate from the Slade school of Art, whose
first love is painting. She began her career as a set designer
and painter for Opera, and worked on 30+ international
productions, before setting up Highland Angel as a producer of
beautifully crafted hand made Scottish collectibles that
exported to 11 countries around the world. From this base she
was able to expand her design operations into the corporate
arena, and Art directed productions and sets for Panasonic
corporate conference in Monte Carlo, Swiss expo in Neuchatel and
Bienne, Motorola at Ceebit, and a travelling show for Philip
Morris. With her theatrical flair and critical eye for detail,
Arlene is our own "God of small things"
- Philippe Porte,
Architect, Engineer, Designer and Adventurer has travelled the
world and crammed more into his life so far than most people
would in 5 lifetimes. He has designed buildings, invented a
water purification system, designed and built his own
revolutionary boat and sailed it half way round the world over a
period of 5 years, campaigned successfully for the public
against local government, and had too many international
"scrapes" to mention. Philippe has recently finished building
his own all wood house by hand (literally) and now acts as
consultant for us on all planning and engineering matters.
Philippe has an intimate knowledge of planning procedures,
French bureaucracy and legislation, extensive personal contacts
and is an asset beyond measure, we are proud to be able work
with him.
- David Wise began
working life as a designer, and straight after graduating with
an honours degree from Hornsey, he "exported" himself to Dubai,
where he was quickly appointed as project manager for a major
design company, because of his ability to make things happen. On
returning to the UK, every design company he joined, the same
thing happened, he always ended up on site, making things work.
The net result is that he travelled the world, working in nice
places, odd places, and dangerous places, for major
corporations, small build companies, and events and exhibitions
companies. Following an exciting spell as head of exhibitions
projects for the largest events company in Europe, David has for
a second time, "exported" himself, this time to France, one of
the nice places, where he is once again "the designer that does"
- Wolf Gough is a past
master at land and property development, and has worked
extensively, and with all the major house builders in the UK for
many years. What he doesn't know about return on investment
isn't worth knowing, and as part of our core team he advises us
on client aspirations, and how best to achieve them without
breaking the bank or compromising the finished product. Wolf was
due to ease himself gently into retirement in South West France,
but is now working with us on getting four major projects off
the ground.
- Peripheral team
Over the course of many years, as individuals we have amassed a
huge range of contacts with various skill sets, who have helped
us. There are certain names
