I am an independent technician in the housing sector with 8
years of experience. I carry out inspections for termites, asbestos and
the presence of lead based products. I undertake the measurement of
properties including
boundary limits, swimming pool safety checks and complete house surveys.
All of these procedures are required for house sale transactions. I work
with solicitors, estate agents, and especially with individual clients.
My professional qualifications were obtained with Centre d'Etudes
Supérieur Industrielles of Toulouse and Sherwood Training at Castres, and
are recognised by the Centre Technique du Bois et de l'Ameublement (The
Wood & Furniture Technical Centre). I take annual refresher courses to
stay fully up to date with new techniques and developments. I subscribe to
a watchdog organisation to be better placed to respond to your questions.
I am a
member of UNECTPI (National Union of Qualified Experts and Technicians in
Parasitology).
Most of my work is in the Aquitaine region, within the framework of the
housing market, however, I can also offer an annual contract for house
inspections for wood parasites and provide advice on preventive measures.
